Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their RT-7 Network connection by contacting customer support at 9689844440 / 9975858551 or emailing support@rt7network.com.

Refunds for unused prepaid plan duration will be processed as per company policy after deducting applicable charges. The WiFi router security deposit of ₹750/- will be refunded upon return of the router in working condition.

Cancellation requests are processed within 7 working days. Equipment must be returned to avoid additional charges.
